For employers and contractors
Pre-screened crews with the right cards, on your schedule.
Tell us the trade, the site and the start date. We interview, verify every credential the job calls for, run the screens you require, and send you a short list. You approve or pass from a link on your phone.
What you get
A short list, not a pile of resumes
Every candidate we send has been interviewed by a recruiter who knows the trade, and every card they claim has been checked.
Verified credentials
OSHA, CDL, crane, welding, EPA, state licenses. Verified against the document, with expiry tracked so a lapse is flagged before it reaches your site.
Screened by a recruiter
Interviews scored against the job’s requirements, with the evidence quoted. You read what they said, not a summary of it.
Compliance handled
Drug tests, background checks and MVRs where the job requires them. Prevailing-wage and certified-payroll jobs set up correctly from day one.
Decide from a link
Each submission arrives as a link. Advance, request an interview or pass from your phone. No login, no portal to learn.
Fast turnarounds
Text-to-apply, a warm bench of available workers and one-tap availability checks mean a request on Monday is not still a request on Friday.
Your job, your terms
Report time, PPE, tools, site rules and gate directions travel with the placement, so the first day goes the way you planned it.
Every engagement type
Temp, temp-to-perm, direct hire and contract. Flat placement fees or markup, agreed up front and written into the engagement.
Backed by a guarantee
Placements carry a guarantee period. If a hire does not work out inside it, we replace them.
Credentials and compliance

Straight answers
Questions employers ask us
- How do fees work?
- Agreed up front in the engagement, before any candidate is sent. Direct hire placements carry a flat placement fee. Temp and contract work is billed as a markup on the hourly rate. Nothing is charged until someone starts.
- What if a placement does not work out?
- Placements carry a guarantee period. If a worker leaves or is let go inside it, we replace them under the same engagement.
- Do my managers have to learn a system?
- No. Submissions arrive as links they can act on from a phone. An account is there when they want the full picture, but nobody has to log in to make a decision.
- Can you handle prevailing-wage work?
- Yes. Davis-Bacon classifications, wage determinations, base and fringe, and certified payroll are set on the job and carried through to the placement.
- Where do the workers come from?
- Our own bench of previously placed and screened tradespeople, the public job board, text-to-apply keywords on your signage, referrals and the major job boards.
- How fast can you fill a request?
- It depends on the trade and the market. Our bench and one-tap availability checks mean common trades often have candidates within a day or two; specialised licenses take longer, and we will tell you so.
