Terms of use

ConstructionDad Recruiting is a recruiting agency and the operator of this platform. Workers use it to find construction and skilled-trades jobs and to keep their credentials and availability current. Employers use it to request workers, review candidates, schedule interviews, and make offers. A recruiter, not an algorithm, decides who is put forward for a job.

Program: ConstructionDad Recruiting job texts. When you opt in, we send job-related messages: application updates, interview times, availability checks, offers, credential reminders, and replies to keywords you text us. If you separately opt in to job alerts, we also text you when a job matching your trade and area opens.

• How to opt in: check the consent box on our application or job alert form, or text a job keyword to ConstructionDad’s number. Consent is not a condition of employment or of applying.
• Message frequency varies by your applications and alert settings. Message and data rates may apply.
• To stop: reply STOP to any message and you will receive one confirmation text and nothing further. Reply START to resume.
• For help: reply HELP or email support@constructiondadrecruiting.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You must be at least 18 and give accurate information about yourself or your company. Keep your sign-in private; you are responsible for activity under your account. Credentials you upload must be genuine and current; misrepresenting a license, certification, or screening result ends your use of the platform.

Applying through the platform does not guarantee an interview, an offer, or a job. Offers, pay, start dates, and worksite terms come from the employer or from ConstructionDad Recruiting as the staffing agency, as stated in the offer you accept. If you take an interview through the platform, you will be asked for consent before anything is recorded, and a person reviews every scored interview before it affects a decision.

Employers agree to use candidate information only to evaluate the person for the job they were submitted to, to follow applicable hiring, wage, and safety laws, and to the fee and guarantee terms in their engagement with ConstructionDad Recruiting. Contacting a submitted worker outside the platform to avoid those terms is a breach.

Do not use the platform to send unsolicited messages, scrape data, harass anyone, discriminate on any basis protected by law, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend accounts that do.

The platform is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted service or that every job listing or profile is error-free. To the extent the law allows, ConstructionDad Recruiting is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform; our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
