Privacy policy

Workers and job seekers: your name, mobile number, email, city and state, trades and experience, licenses and certifications (including photos of cards you upload), resumes, availability and travel preferences, screening results your recruiter records (for example drug test or background check status), answers and recordings from interviews you choose to take, and the messages you exchange with recruiters and employers through the platform.

Employers and clients: company name, contact names, phone numbers and email addresses, job requirements, worksite locations, pay ranges, hiring decisions, timesheets, and invoices.

Everyone: account credentials, the pages you visit and actions you take in the platform, device and browser information, IP address, and the date, time and wording of any consent you give.

• To match workers with jobs and present workers to employers they choose to be considered for.
• To schedule interviews, send offers, confirm availability, and keep both sides informed as an application moves forward.
• To track credentials that jobsites require and remind workers before a card or license expires.
• To run the platform: sign-in, security, support, billing, and preventing abuse.
• To meet legal obligations, including record-keeping for equal-opportunity and wage compliance where required.

When you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we send job-related texts such as application updates, interview times, availability checks, offers, credential reminders, and, only if you separately opt in, alerts about other job openings. We will not share your mobile number, or your consent to receive text messages, with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to deliver the messages you agreed to, and is shared only with the service providers that transmit those messages on our behalf.

Message frequency varies depending on your applications and the alerts you choose; most people receive a few messages per week while a job is in progress and none otherwise. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of employment or of applying. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for help, or contact support@constructiondadrecruiting.com.

• Employers you are put forward to. A recruiter submits your profile to a specific job; that employer sees the profile, credentials, and interview results relevant to that job. Your details are not shared with employers you are not submitted to.
• Service providers that host and operate the platform for us: database and authentication hosting, text-message and email delivery, file storage, and the AI services used to transcribe or score an interview you agreed to take. They process data only on our instructions.
• When the law requires it or to protect the safety and rights of workers, employers, and the platform.

We do not sell personal information.

• Update your availability, credentials, resumes, and alert settings any time in your portal.
• Stop texts by replying STOP; stop emails using the link in the email or by contacting us.
• Ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing support@constructiondadrecruiting.com. We may keep records we are legally required to keep, such as consent and hiring records.

We keep your information while you have an account or an active application and for as long as needed to meet legal and record-keeping duties. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest with our hosting providers, access is limited to the people and systems that need it, and every consent and hiring decision is logged.

The platform is for adults seeking or offering work. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We will post any changes here and update the date at the top. Material changes to how we use mobile numbers will be announced before they take effect.
